Scope of application<\/h5>\n

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which reservations at Villa Mont\u00eas Guesthouse are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly through our website and payments via bank transfer and\/or in person payment.<\/p>\n

The terms and conditions contained in this document will apply to the relationship between the client and Villa Mont\u00eas Guesthouse from the moment the reservation is requested until the moment the period of accommodation at the Guesthouse ends.<\/p>\n

In relation to the Terms and Conditions that are not present here, the Portuguese legislation in force will apply.<\/p>\n

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Information and Responsibilities<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

It is the responsibility of the guest: The protection and care of personal objects or documents such as passports, citizen cards\/identity card, credit or debit cards, jewelry, electronic devices, bags, suitcases or wallets. Vehicles parked on the public road or in the park are the responsibility of the guest. The Administration declines any responsibility for the loss of money, documents or other valuables. Villa Mont\u00eas does not assume any responsibility for damages caused by natural phenomena such as floods, fires or acts of vandalism practiced by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Check-in & Check-out<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out time is until 11am. If the check-in is done in advance and the apartment on appointment is free, entry is direct. In case guests arrive earlier at Villa Mont\u00eas and the required apartment is occupied, we can store their bags in a private room until they check in.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Forbidden<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n\t
\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

Possession or trafficking of any type of illegal substance prohibited by law. Possession or use of weapons. The use of violence, physical or verbal, as well as discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, race or social status is expressly prohibited. Holding parties or events without the consent of the Administration. Entry to civilians who are not staying at Villa Mont\u00eas without the prior consent of the Administration. Transporting decor, kitchen utensils or bedding to the outside of your apartment. Pets with the exception of a guide dog.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Administration reserves the right to cancel the stay and request that the room be vacated when it is verified that it is being used by people who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or risk activities with illegal potential, as well as racist, disrespectful or xenophobic speeches and attitudes. The Administration reserves the right to prohibit access and accommodation to those who proceed inappropriately or contrary to the Terms & Conditions present in this document. Cleaning service<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

The guest is responsible for keeping the room tidy and hygienic during their stay at Villa Mont\u00eas. The Administration is obliged to clean, disinfect, change bed linen and towels every 7 days. If the guest wants cleaning during their stay, they must request it within the hours of 9:00h to 17:00h.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Animals<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t
\n\t\t\t

It is expressly prohibited the movement of pets in any area of \u200b\u200bVilla Mont\u00eas, except for assistance animals. Their entry is authorized without any added value. The Client must present the respective proof at the time of check-in and a reference must be left in the reservation comments.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

\n\t\t\t

Ao fazer a reserva e proceder ao pagamento da hospedagem, o cliente pode cancelar a reserva gratuitamente at\u00e9 sete dias de anteced\u00eancia. No caso de o cancelamento ser com menos de sete dias de anteced\u00eancia, a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o reserva o direito de manter 30% do valor total da estadia. Em alternativa, o cliente poder\u00e1 pedir a altera\u00e7\u00e3o das datas.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Data Protection<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Villa Mont\u00eas only collects the information necessary to make sure that the guest can use the services efficiently, limited to the name, contacts, taxpayer number, citizen card number, IBAN and e-mail address. The Administration does not oblige the delivery of data other than identification.<\/p>\n

Personal data are used to identify the customer, supply equipment and perform the service, invoicing and collection, responding to suggestions or complaints and complying with legal obligations.<\/p>\n
